Bamburi Water Treatment Plant

Bamburi Area in Mombasa is mostly inhabited by less privileged communities with very little access to clean drinking water. The communities present rely on mostly on shallow wells. 

In 2021, We implemented a solar powered desalination plant with a capacity of 75m3 per day which was designed by GivePower. This project enabled healthier families in terms of safe and clean drinking water and the impact is felt beyond Bamburi.
