Milk Cold Storage
| This project was designed for communities in Galmudug that are Nomadic. Their biggest challenge was how to keep their milk fresh so it could fetch them high price. The project was designed such that the communities had access to cold storage for storage at the point of milking, ice for transportation and cold storage at the point of sale. We designed with our partner, CPD, a modular, simple solar fridges that could be used for all the different stages. |
