Solar Irrigation

In 2022, We implemented a solar irrigation systems in Wajir county.

– Hadado

The projects both had a floating pump system that allowed water to be pumped into the irrigation farms using SOLAR energy from 18 pcs (each 200watts) solar panels with a 3.7 kW pump controllers. 

This project enabled the community to do farming of various products within the farms as well as inside the green houses
